A Christmas to share

Christmas is celebrated around the table. At In SAVIA we have prepared two menus to enjoy with your family, with dishes to share, a choice of main course and a turrón dessert to finish.

The grown-ups raise a glass with drinks and wine included, and the little ones have a menu of their own. All you have to do is book your table. We will take care of the rest.

Tomato salad with sea bass marinated in red mojo, tender shoots and pickled spring onion

Picanha carpaccio with mustard emulsion, rocket shoots and a parmesan cloud

Baked scallop with sweetcorn cream and caramelised crispy pork belly

First course

Traditional broth with meatball (caldo con pelota)

Turbot loin with pil-pil made from its bones and sautéed vegetables

Suckling pig terrine with shallots, glazed potatoes with rosemary butter and parsnip and vanilla purée
